- Eat more of gains, vegetables, beans, greens, fruits, fish, seeds & yogurt
- Eat less of milk, cheese & nuts
- Add Garlic to your recipes
- Add Beta-carotene rich foods like carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes and dark leafy greens to your food preparation
- Reduce sodium intake to no more than 1 1/4 (one and quarter) teaspoons of salt per day
- Eat regular meals at right break

Simple thumb rules to reduce weight are,
Avoid over eating or eating junk food
Stay controlled with the intake of oily food.
Drink plenty of water
Switch from rice to light food like tiffin or chapathi for your dinner.
Eat fruits before you eat your meal as it will help you reduce eat less but make you feel full.
Go for brisk walk Everyday and burn your Calorie.
