Diamond Ring Hotel in Dubai

I received this forwarded pictures from one of my Buddy. I wonder if this is gonna be really built in Dubai. But the design looks real cool. May be this is will become one like ealier listed Singapore Flyer. God knows... Here are those 3D Design Concept Pics.
