How to make Chukku Kaapi

After reading the previous post some you might have got to know about there is such a type of coffee exists. Should you be interested to try out Chukku Kaapi? Here is the recipe for prearing it.

Coriander Seeds - 100 gms
Sukku(dry ginger powder) - 25 gms
Cardamom - 10

Slightly roast coriander seeds and cardamom. Add dry ginger fry for 2 mins in medium flame. Let it cool and powder them. If you can't prepare this if you check with any Indian provisional shops they may have Chukku Kaapi instant mix powder pockets also.

Prepare coffe with 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of powdered jaggery or sugar and 1 ts of prepared powder. Boil well till you smell a good aroma.

This can be had with or with out 1/4 cup of milk. Very soothing during raining season / cool weather and during head pain.
